2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a class, making a payment, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the parent or legal guardian making the booking) and us.
3. Our Services
3.1 Experience Class
We offer a single introductory Experience Class that allows your child to participate in a live online lesson before committing to a full programme. The Experience Class is subject to our Money-Back Guarantee as set out in Section 6.
3.2 Initial Assessment
Prior to the Experience Class, we conduct a short Initial Assessment via Zoom to understand your child’s current level and learning goals. This allows us to assign your child to the most appropriate class group. The assessment is included in the Experience Class fee.
3.3 Regular Programmes
Following the Experience Class, parents may choose to enrol their child in a regular lesson programme. Separate terms for regular programme enrolment will be provided at the point of enrolment and form part of these Terms.
3.4 Class Format
All classes are delivered live online via Zoom. Classes are taught in small groups of 4 to 10 students by experienced UK-qualified teachers. Class schedules, Zoom links, and course materials are made available through your account on our website at kidsckool.com.
4. Booking and Payment
