- Billing address (via Stripe)
- Payment information (processed and stored securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)

To provide our educational services, we collect the following information about your child:
- First name and surname

- Learning goals and current ability level
- Class attendance and progress notes
- Video recordings of classes (see Section 5)

5. Class Recordings
We record live classes for the following purposes:
- To make recordings available to enrolled students for revision via the student portal
- To use short excerpts for marketing and promotional purposes (with separate parental consent)
Recordings are stored securely and accessible only to enrolled students through the password-protected student portal. We will seek separate written consent before using any recording excerpt featuring your child in marketing materials.

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate our business. Each is contractually bound to protect your data:

- Zoom — delivery of live online classes (zoom.us/privacy)

7. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Booking and payment records: 7 years (for tax and accounting purposes)
- Student progress records: Duration of enrolment plus 2 years
- Class recordings: 12 months from the date of recording
- Marketing data: Until you withdraw consent or opt out
